John was very responsive to my questions and alerted me ahead of time for change of our scheduled time. The gutters aren't new and he took great care to thoroughly clean them all out AND clean off the roof so they wouldn't fill back up! I have used J&J twice now. I am very happy with both services rendered. Last year, I called them to clean my gutters, they knocked it out in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Just today, I had them power wash my patio and home. I am extremely pleased with how it came out. We recently purchased our home, one of the suggestions made on the home inspection was to have the house power washed. It came out looking like the house had just been painted. I don’t think it had been washed in years and I am very please with the quality of the work and cost. I would highly recommend these services and I will have them back in the fall to do my gutters again. 100% recommend.

It’s a great service that was easy to schedule and very convenient. My house was power washed and it was amazing how different it looked after being cleaned. I didn’t realize how dirty my windows, shutters, gutters, trim and siding were until it was power washed. These guys do great work - you WANT their fridge magnet mounted in the "Area of Honor" on your fridge. I have a larger 2-story "neo-Victorian" with tall gutters that pick up TONS of maple leaves this time of year - BAD FOR GUTTERS. J&J made short work of my gutters this year, with ZERO traces of leaves on the ground and ZERO stains on my siding. Job well done! AMAZING JOB! There is nothing better than starting Spring off on a good foot. Our home looks like it just got a fresh coat of paint. For way less money. DEFINITELY WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE J&J COME OUT EVERY SPRING!

I have a very bad habit of procrastinating and this week I went in search of someone to clean my gutters before the snow flies. When asking for recommendations on my local FB group, I did not receive one! So I resort to google. Called a company that refused to quote without coming all the way out to see my house. Texted another company for a quote, per their website and I have still have not heard back from them. And then I found J&J Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning in Sycamore. I called and left a voice mail and within a few hours John called back. Less than an hour after that he texted me a quote and told me he could get to my house the next day. So of course I accepted. He was running a little behind on the day of service and texted me a new time.. only 45 minutes later, which he was spot on. He was extremely professional and kind and finished as quickly as he told me he would. I will not hesitate to call him next year…hopefully before mid-December! Great job John, thank you! Last year, John cleaned our dryer vents. This year, I asked him to come back and clean the vents again plus power wash the house. I’m so glad I did! Our house looks so clean now!

I was very impressed by the rapid response and communication. I hired them to power wash my home as well as my patio and fence surrounding my patio. My fence looks like new again. I wish I had a before picture. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend.
